Order cancellation

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 24 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

Refunds

Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, if you’d like a refund, you can request one from customer service via email or phone.

If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time (5 business days not including the 24-hour processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.

If you received the wrong item, you can request a refund or a reshipment.

If you do not want the product you’ve received for any reason, you may request a FULL refund but you must return the item at your expense (with a RMA number marked on the inside and outside of the package) and the item must be unused within 30 days of when you received the product in the mail.

If the product is opened (used) and you wish to keep the product, then we can provide a refund up to 50% of the purchase price on a case-by-case basis as approved by customer service (please email or call us). And up to a 100% refund (although rarely) for an opened (used) product if approved by Customer Service in advance (phone or email) and within 30 days of when you received the product in the mail.

If you are approved for a refund (partial or full), then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 days.

Returns

Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorize you to do so and provide a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
